Our professional Conveyancing team will sit down with you at the outset to identify and clarify the terms of your proposed Contract and to ensure that the terms are understood and relevant to your circumstances prior to signing. We want to protect your property interests. We are able to sit down with you in person or online to go through the proposed conditions of your conveyancing contract.
After your contract is signed:-
In a Purchase, we will ensure that you meet all of the conditions of the contract, terminate if required or satisfy the conditions, complete any pre-settlement searches and ensure that your settlement is effected smoothly.
In a sale, we will notify you as each of the conditions of the contract are met, identify the payment or reimbursement of any outgoings, pay your purchase price to you at settlement and assist in the effective settlement of your contract.
No matter your situation, we are there with you each step of the way.
We are able to work with co owners, or on behalf of individual property owners only. On the flipside, we also can work with co purchasers, or individual purchasers only. It really is up to you to decide who you engage, and finding a conveyancing team that works for you is important.
Our office remains open on weekends to enable you to find the perfect property, make an offer and talk to a Solicitor all on the same day. Don't miss out on securing that contract, because you are waiting on solicitors. We are available when you need legal advice; we don’t require your legal advice to fit in with when we are open.
